'Oh Help, Oh No! It's a Gruffalo'

Following on from our story time the children really enjoyed listening to the story 'The Gruffalo' and wanted to go and hunt for him during outdoor play. To develop their interest in the Gruffalo even further we have developed continous provision challenges for the children to create writing/mark-making and playdough Gruffalo's. Have a look at our work so far...

Next week we are going to be developing the children's understanding of retelling stories through story maps, beebot and reading challenges.
