'Incy Wincy Spider'

To conclude our Minibeast topic we have been exploring 'Incy Wincy Spider' as our final Nursery rhyme. During outdoor play the children have been making spiders using natural materials. The children have been praciticing their counting and counting eight legs. During our activity we even found a real spider and checked him into our bug hotel.

Following on from the children's interests in spiders/minibeasts - we enhanced our playdough area to enable the children to make their own spiders - look at their fantastic pieces of art.
